Vacation!

Thank goodness there is such a thing as vacation. I know I needed it. :-)

We got back from our annual excursion to the North Shore of Lake Superior. We had a great time as usual. One new thing we did was geocaching. If you don't know what that is, it like a treasure hunt with your GPS.

The puppies did pretty well, it was their first time camping. We did prepare them a bit before we left, getting Cody used to walking on a leash and sleeping in the camper a couple nights ahead. Cody has decided collars are not for him. He walks great with a harness but can't stand to be dragged around by the neck. Whatever works I guess. They did much better with the rock climbing and walking on beach rocks than I expected.

They also learned some hardcore begging skills. It is tough not to beg when you are so close to the table and can see what's being eaten! The couch is right behind the table in our camper. It was hard not to laugh. I really love this picture of Andrew and Cody. You should click on it to see it bigger, it is too funny. Cody is licking his lips.
